About the role
Responsibilities
- Transform 2D design sketches into complete 3D Rhino design files
- Develop 3D printed or metal cast prototypes for designer approval
- Perform on-the-fly revisions to reach final approved stages
- Create detailed 2D technical drawings to communicate 3D designs
- Ensure manufacturing feasibility, fit correctness, and material thickness
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of Rhino experience building complex design models
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator
- Proficiency in KeyShot 3D rendering and animation software
- Competency in the 3D printing process and model setup
- Ability to translate 3D Rhino files into 2D CAD drawings
- High level of attention to detail and ability to focus for long periods
