Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D animations for marketing campaigns, product showcases, and brand storytelling
• Develop engaging character, object, and environmental animations
• Translate storyboards and creative concepts into polished 3D content
• Manage the end-to-end 3D production pipeline including modeling, rigging, lighting, and rendering
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to develop visual narratives
• Mentor junior animators and designers
• Optimize workflows and develop reusable animation assets and production standards
• Explore new tools, AI-assisted creative technologies, and real-time rendering techniques

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Animation, Multimedia Design, or a related field
• 2+ years of professional experience in 3D animation or CGI production
• Expert proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or equivalent 3D software
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, weight, and movement
• Experience with lighting, rendering, compositing, and animation pipelines
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced 3D animation work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Unreal Engine, Houdini, or real-time rendering workflows
• Knowledge of character rigging, simulations, and visual effects
• Experience integrating AI-assisted creative tools into workflows
• Background in advertising, fintech, or startup environments
