Responsibilities

• Provide sophisticated food service and ensure guest satisfaction according to brand standards
• Manage the hot kitchen, including the preparation of garnishes and salads
• Coordinate buffet assembly and oversee the production, manipulation, and plating of dishes
• Handle the receipt, inspection, storage, and organization of raw materials and supplies
• Maintain strict hygiene, quality, and temperature controls in the kitchen
• Execute orders from the dining room with high attention to detail and specific requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and kitchen utensils
• Perform inventory and stock control tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in both buffet and à la carte food service
• Proficiency in Portuguese (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Ability to work the night shift (23:00 to 06:25) on a 6x1 schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or ongoing studies in Gastronomy or a related field
