About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional employee and guest experience while driving profitable sales growth.
- Assist in building, onboarding, and developing a high-performing team through coaching and performance management.
- Create an emotionally engaging guest experience by utilizing product knowledge and implementing company selling strategies.
- Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and maintaining high Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain store appearance by executing visual standards, plan-o-grams, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Support operational activities including inventory management, expense control, and loss prevention.
Requirements
- High School completion or equivalent GED.
- Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
