About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in building and developing a high-performing team through coaching and onboarding.
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience by building emotional connections and utilizing product knowledge.
  • Drive sales growth by implementing company selling strategies and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain store appearance and visual standards through flawless execution of plan-o-grams and cleanliness.
  • Assist in operational activities including inventory management, expense control, and loss prevention.
  • Analyze business results to create and execute effective action plans.

Requirements

  • High School completion or equivalent GED.
  • Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
