About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team and fostering a positive work environment.
- Assist in the onboarding, development, and performance management of team members.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by building emotional connections through product knowledge.
- Drive sales results and guest loyalty through the implementation of company selling strategies and rewards programs.
- Maintain store appearance by executing visual standards, plan-o-grams, and cleanliness.
- Assist in analyzing business metrics and creating action plans to achieve KPI goals.
- Support inventory management, expense control, and loss prevention measures.
Requirements
- High School completion or equivalent GED.
- Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
