2nd Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist in building a high-performing team and contributing to onboarding and development
• Address HR-related situations through performance management and coaching
• Create an exceptional guest experience through product knowledge and emotional connection
• Implement company selling strategies and maximize sales potential
• Drive guest loyalty through Rewards programs and KPIs
• Maintain store appearance and visual standards via plan-o-grams and cleanliness
• Analyze business data to create action plans for operational activities
• Support inventory management and expense control
• Incorporate safety and loss prevention measures into daily activities

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED
• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented skills
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
