Responsibilities
- Assist in building a high-performing team and contributing to onboarding and development
- Address HR-related situations through performance management and coaching
- Create an exceptional guest experience through product knowledge and emotional connection
- Implement company selling strategies and maximize sales potential
- Drive guest loyalty through Rewards programs and KPIs
- Maintain store appearance and visual standards via plan-o-grams and cleanliness
- Analyze business data to create action plans for operational activities
- Support inventory management and expense control
- Incorporate safety and loss prevention measures into daily activities
Requirements
- High School completion or equivalent GED
- Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented skills
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
