Responsibilities
- Assist in building a high-performing team and contributing to onboarding and development
- Address HR-related situations through performance management and coaching
- Create a store environment focused on exceptional guest experience and sales growth
- Implement company selling strategies and drive guest loyalty through Rewards programs
- Maintain store appearance through visual standards and plan-o-grams
- Analyze business data to create action plans for operational activities
- Support inventory management, expense control, and loss prevention measures
- Achieve or exceed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals
Requirements
- High School completion or equivalent GED
- Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
