Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team through onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by building emotional connections through product knowledge and company selling strategies.
- Drive guest loyalty via the Rewards Loyalty program and effective communication.
- Maintain store appearance by executing visual standards, plan-o-grams, and cleanliness.
- Analyze business metrics to create action plans that drive sales and operational results.
- Support inventory management, expense control, and loss prevention measures.
- Ensure team alignment through clear and effective communication.
Requirements
- High School completion or equivalent GED.
- Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
