2nd Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional employee and guest experience while driving profitable sales growth.
• Assist in building, onboarding, and developing a high-performing team through coaching and performance management.
• Drive guest loyalty and sales by implementing company selling strategies and managing the Rewards Loyalty program.
• Maintain store appearance by executing visual standards, plan-o-grams, and ensuring cleanliness.
• Analyze business metrics and create action plans to achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals.
• Support inventory management, expense control, and adherence to safety and loss prevention policies.

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented skills.
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
