About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team through effective onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by building emotional connections through product knowledge and implementing company selling strategies.
- Drive guest loyalty via the Rewards Loyalty program and maintain store appearance through flawless execution of visual standards and plan-o-grams.
- Assist in analyzing business metrics to create action plans that drive results and meet Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals.
- Manage operational activities including inventory management, expense control, and adherence to safety and loss prevention policies.
Requirements
- High School completion or equivalent GED.
- Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
