About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in building and developing a high-performing team through coaching and onboarding.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by building emotional connections and utilizing product knowledge.
- Drive sales growth by implementing company selling strategies and managing the Rewards Loyalty program.
- Maintain store appearance and visual standards through flawless execution of plan-o-grams and cleanliness.
- Assist in analyzing business results and creating action plans to meet Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals.
- Support inventory management, expense control, and adherence to safety and loss prevention policies.
Requirements
- High School completion or equivalent GED.
- Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail software.
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
