2nd Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and developing a high-performing team through effective onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by building emotional connections, utilizing product knowledge, and implementing selling strategies.
• Drive guest loyalty through rewards programs and effective communication.
• Maintain store appearance and visual standards by executing plan-o-grams and ensuring cleanliness.
• Support operational excellence by analyzing business results, creating action plans, and managing inventory.
• Ensure safety and loss prevention measures are incorporated into daily activities.

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
