2nd Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in building and developing a high-performing team through coaching and onboarding.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by building customer relationships and implementing selling strategies.
• Drive sales growth and guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and KPI management.
• Maintain store appearance by executing visual standards, plan-o-grams, and cleanliness.
• Assist in operational activities including inventory management, expense control, and loss prevention.
• Analyze business results to create and execute effective action plans.

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
