2nd Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team through onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by building emotional connections and utilizing product knowledge to meet customer needs.
• Drive sales growth and guest loyalty through the implementation of company selling strategies and the Rewards Loyalty program.
• Maintain store appearance and visual standards by executing plan-o-grams and ensuring cleanliness.
• Assist in analyzing business metrics and creating action plans to achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals.
• Support inventory management, expense control, and the implementation of safety and loss prevention measures.

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented skills.
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
