2D Game Animator

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 2D animations for characters, environments, UI, and visual effects
• Translate game concepts and storyboards into expressive animations
• Work with art, product, and development teams to ensure alignment with gameplay and technical requirements
• Optimize animations for mobile platforms while maintaining visual quality
• Contribute creative ideas for improving animation workflows and visual storytelling
• Ensure consistency and maintain the visual identity of the project

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Animation, Graphics Design or relevant fields
• Experience as a 2D Animator, preferably in the gaming industry
• Proficiency in animation software such as Spine, After Effects, or Toon Boom
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and motion dynamics
• Experience creating sprite sheets and implementing animations into Unity
• Strong knowledge of Particle Systems for VFX
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience
• Experience playing Tasty Match: Cook and Puzzle
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, dynamic environments
