About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive and resolve requests by phone, email, and alerts
- Support computer and application issues using provided procedures
- Communicate with users in French and English
- Escalate complex issues to second-line support
- Collaborate with other technical teams
- Perform daily scheduled support tasks and reporting
Requirements
- French and English at B2 level
