1st Class Waiter

Responsibilities

• Receive and welcome customers with cordiality and professionalism
• Present the menu and wine list, demonstrating deep knowledge of dishes, ingredients, and pairings
• Advise on gastronomic options and assist in wine selection
• Execute table service following high Michelin and LQA standards of etiquette and protocol
• Ensure mise en place and dining room organization before, during, and after service
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure fluid communication
• Anticipate customer needs to exceed expectations
• Manage and resolve customer issues discreetly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following hygiene and food safety standards

Requirements

• Hospitality or catering training
• Experience in fine dining restaurants
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Impeccable professional presentation and posture
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and proactivity
• Availability to work flexible hours
• Genuine passion for customer service and hospitality
