About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and organize a specific kitchen station (hot, cold, etc.)
- Guarantee the quality, consistency, and plating of all dishes
- Manage and mentor Chefs de Partie, Demi-Chefs de Partie, and Commis
- Coordinate closely with the Chef and Sous-Chef
- Actively participate in the development of menus and daily suggestions
- Ensure strict compliance with HACCP hygiene and safety standards
Requirements
- Proven leadership and management skills within a culinary environment
- Mastery of professional culinary techniques and cooking temperatures
- Strong knowledge of HACCP hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under high pressure
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
