About the role
About the Company
4★ Hotel located facing the Nice Côte d'Azur airport and near the A8 highway. It consists of 131 rooms and 10 seminar rooms. An ideal location for business clientele throughout the year and for families during school holidays.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the setup and preparation of dishes at your station
- Master and ensure production for both hot and cold stations
- Supervise and support Chefs de Partie and Commis
- Guarantee compliance with quality and presentation standards
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
- Manage stocks and orders for your station
Requirements
- Culinary training (CAP/BEP/BTS or equivalent)
- Proven experience in 4* or 5* hospitality
- Mastery of both hot and cold stations
- Excellent command of culinary techniques
- Organizational skills, rigor, and team spirit
- Natural leadership and ability to manage a team
- Schedule flexibility (weekends, public holidays, and evenings)
