Responsibilities

  • Supporting students with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Providing 1:1 or small group support tailored to individual needs
  • Helping teachers manage the classroom and promoting a calm, positive environment
  • Encouraging learner independence and progress
  • Collaborating with teachers, ALNCOs, and external professionals
  • Upholding the highest standards of pupil safeguarding and wellbeing

Requirements

  • Experience supporting children or young people with additional learning needs
  • Calm, caring, and flexible approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to undergo processing
  • Right to work in the UK and currently based in the UK
