Technician - Digital Delivery

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development and implementation of BIM models for complex construction projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient BIM integration
• Manage and coordinate BIM-related aspects of projects, including timelines and deliverables
• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to BIM implementation
• Mentor and supervise junior BIM technicians, overseeing workflow and quality control
• Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, and best practices
• Participate in client meetings to present BIM solutions and address technical queries
• Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trends
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in the UAE
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for BIM processes and workflows

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM technology and advanced technical work
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building systems, and industry standards
• Excellent 3D modeling and visualization skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead teams
• Certification in BIM technology (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality control
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building practices
• Willingness to adapt to new technologies and innovative approaches in BIM
