Technician - Digital Delivery

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced BIM strategies and workflows for complex construction projects
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective BIM integration throughout the project lifecycle
• Perform sophisticated 3D modeling, clash detection, and coordination using BIM software
• Analyze and optimize building designs for efficiency, sustainability, and constructability
• Generate detailed reports and visualizations for data-driven decisions
• Mentor and train junior BIM specialists and team members
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction challenges
• Ensure compliance with building codes and standards in Abu Dhabi and the UAE
• Stay current on BIM technologies and industry best practices
• Lead BIM-related meetings and presentations with stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional)
• Minimum 5 years' BIM implementation/management for large-scale Middle East projects
• Advanced proficiency in BIM software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks)
• Expert-level 3D modeling, visualization, and clash detection
• Knowledge of building information management and data analysis
• Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools
• Understanding of construction industry and building lifecycle
• Familiarity with UAE codes, standards, and practices (Abu Dhabi)
• Strong grasp of sustainable design principles in BIM applications
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Proven ability in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Adaptability to new technologies and developments
• Experience coordinating BIM for multi-disciplinary projects
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
