Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee on-site architectural aspects of construction projects.
  • Ensure the design intent is realized during construction.
  • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.
  • Monitor quality of materials and workmanship for compliance with design specifications.
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
  • Address and resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and make adjustments to plans as needed.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed records of site activities, inspection reports, and change orders.
  • Liaise with clients to understand requirements and ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in site supervision and architectural project management.
  • Deep knowledge of UAE building codes and safety regulations.
  • Proven ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and client management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Senior Architect on large-scale UAE projects.
  • Familiarity with sustainable and resilient design practices.
  • Professional certification in architecture or project management.
