Responsibilities

• Conduct work requiring independent evaluation, selection, adaptation, and modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria under limited supervision.
• Demonstrate full competence in most aspects of the role.
• Manage and work on projects of substantial complexity.
• May assume lead responsibilities for a team of engineers and professional support personnel.
