• Knowledge of head hunting and recruitment agencies
• Experience sourcing and screening for niche roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience with ATS
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
