Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, monitor, and control project schedules using advanced planning software
  • Create and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for various projects
  • Conduct cost and schedule variance analyses to ensure project efficiency
  • Implement Earned Value Management (EVMS) methodologies to track project performance
  • Analyze manpower, labor hours, and costs against budget limitations
  • Perform Time Impact Analysis to assess schedule changes and delays
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to align project goals and timelines
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports for stakeholders
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and tools
  • Support the development of project baselines using drawings and specifications
  • Assist in trend analysis and forecasting to optimize project performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and controls
  • Advanced knowledge of ORACLE Primavera P6 Project Management Software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong understanding of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and cost/schedule variance analysis
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) methodologies
  • Familiarity with project trend analysis, contract changes, and claims management
  • Knowledge of Time Impact Analysis techniques
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Experience in construction or infrastructure projects is preferred
