Kitchen Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of performance in assigned duties and responsibilities
• Develop solid operational knowledge of engineering and kitchen operational procedures
• Carry out preventive maintenance on kitchen equipment, including electric panels and refrigeration units
• Troubleshoot faults on kitchen equipment and diagnose issues
• Check stores inventory of kitchen spare parts and ensure adequate stock levels
• Assist other tradesmen as required
• Maintain company hand and fixed tools in good working condition
