Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to outlet recipes and service standards
• Greet and engage guests, take beverage orders and provide prompt, courteous service
• Maintain bar cleanliness, glassware and equipment; set up and close bar stations
• Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory and restocking
• Ensure compliance with local laws and Club policies regarding alcohol service

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a resort or golf club bar
• Formal bartending or mixology training
• Knowledge of international drink recipes and wine service
