Job Description

Responsibilities

Perform general landscape maintenance using hand-held equipment
Rake and maintain sand bunkers
Operate small machinery for edging, trimming and mowing
Prepare soil beds for sod, seed and vegetative material
Course detail tasks (weed and debris clean up)
Operate walking and riding mowing equipment for greens, collars, tees, fairways and rough
Assist with golf course set-up procedures and fertilizer applications
Operate utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris
Operate sod cutter, trencher and tamper for routine projects
Perform skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.)
Follow safe work practices and maintain awareness of colleagues and work areas

Requirements

Golf experience
English communication
Outdoor work
Heavy lifting
Equipment operation
Physical stamina

Preferred Qualifications

Irrigation knowledge
Turf maintenance certification
Equipment operation license
