Social Media and Content Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and execute social media campaigns and competitions tailored for the UAE (Dubai) audience
• Increase engagement and grow followers across social platforms while driving traffic and bookings
• Maintain consistent brand voice and ensure social activity aligns with Travelstart Dubai objectives
• Monitor, report and analyse channel and campaign performance; recommend optimisations
• Produce high-quality copy for web, blog posts, newsletters, auto-emails, product pages and marketing campaigns
• Brainstorm and write creative campaign copy and assist with content strategy across channels
• Manage online reputation and liaise with bloggers/webmasters for content partnerships
• Maintain content repository and ensure all copy meets SEO and quality standards
• Meet deadlines, proofread meticulously, and work closely with cross-functional teams
