Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Read and understand contract documents, detailed drawings, specifications, and health and safety measures, including updates.
  • Ensure contractor compliance through observation, measurement, testing, and quality assurance.
  • Maintain records of contractor manpower and equipment resources daily.
  • Undertake site supervision and inspections as required or instructed by Resident Engineer (RE) or Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE).
  • Document contractor personnel, equipment, activities, means, and methods in assigned areas.
  • Report on materials delivery and implement site instructions from leadership.
  • Apply and implement all site quality controls and procedures.
  • Prepare site measurements and surveying checks as needed.
  • Monitor compliance with quality, performance, and code requirements through inspections.
  • Monitor health and safety on construction works; report violations.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Engineering.
  • Experience in structural-related projects.
  • Minimum 7 years overall experience in construction supervision (consultancy background).
