Inspector Architectural - Landscape

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of architectural finishing projects to ensure compliance with contract documents, standards, and specifications
• Monitor and evaluate contractor performance, including resource management, health and safety practices, and equipment utilization
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures and quality assurance measures throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients during site inspections and problem-resolution processes
• Perform site measurements and surveying checks for proper alignment and leveling of structures and landscape elements
• Audit inspections to verify conformity with contract documents and contractor-submitted plans
• Monitor the start-up, commissioning, and handover of site works, maintaining accurate records of project milestones
• Assist in the preparation of correspondence related to contract documents and site requirements
• Collaborate with the team to promptly resolve any site issues or challenges that arise during the project

Requirements

• Technical Degree and/or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural inspection or related field
• Technical degree in Architecture
• Middle East experience preferred
• Relevant architecture - finishing experience
• Installation of chain link fence including foundation for play area
• Installation HDPE Shade tent cloth and wood works
• Installation landscape lights
• Installation Jogging track, Benches and Litter Bins
• Installation of Play Equipment and Sign Board
• Construction of Retaining green wall
• Installation Creative colour concrete
• Installation artificial grass & paving patterns
• Reviewing all materials samples & mock-ups
