Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure digital content creation, storage, and publication using the latest technologies and best practices per contract requirements.
  • Implement and follow internal/external capability and capacity processes.
  • Facilitate the use of Common Data Environment (CDE) by project teams.
  • Supervise the team for clash detection and resolution.
  • Manage information across the project lifecycle as part of the project management team, in compliance with ISO 19650.
  • Maintain solid understanding of construction processes and support global/regional digital initiatives.
  • Support annual ISO 19650 certification maintenance process.
  • Advise on technology supporting Site Ops (drones, robots, satellite imagery).
  • Advise on point-cloud data for as-built model preparation.
  • Oversee QA/QC of LOD 400-500 construction models.
  • Oversee development of information management uses (construction sequencing/4D, quantity take-offs/5D, extended reality VR+AR).
  • Support COBie, Uniclass, Masterclass implementation.
  • Supervise strategic planning to produce asset information model (AIM) with related O&M data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in architecture or engineering.
  • 8+ years in AEC industry; minimum 3 years in Middle East region.
  • Minimum 4 years digital delivery experience on complex, multidisciplinary projects.
  • Information Management certification from a recognized institution (BRE, Operam Academy, RICS, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of LOD 300-500 standards.
  • Demonstrable experience with stakeholders (contractors, consultants, PMCs, vendors, clients).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Software certification: Revit, Navisworks, Civil3D, ArcGIS, Synchro, Fuzor, etc.
  • Contractor’s experience in digital delivery from design through handover.
  • Sound knowledge of engineering design, self/inter/multi-disciplinary design coordination.
  • Skilled in authoring tools (Autodesk, Bentley, Rhino, Trimble).
  • Model federation/co-ordination platforms: Navisworks, BIM Track, Revizto.
  • Proficient with CDE platforms: ACC, BIM360, ASITE, ProjectWise.
  • Data visualization/analytics: PowerBI.
  • Automation: Dynamo (desirable).
  • Extended reality (VR+AR), construction sequencing (4D), quantity take-offs (5D).
  • Developed IM documents (BEP, federation strategy, responsibility matrix).
  • Understanding of MIDP/TIDP; spatial coordination principles.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and stakeholder management.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking.
