Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage Digital Project Delivery (DPD) team members.
  • Lead Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation on major projects.
  • Develop and implement strategy for digital transformation of end-market business.
  • Oversee implementation of the organization's digital initiatives within the C&I business line.
  • Research new tools and processes to improve project delivery.
  • Maintain office BIM standards, templates, and libraries to enable efficient use of digital tools.
  • Provide input into bids, including methodology and staffing.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff.
  • Review and approve Project BIM Execution Plans.
  • Interface with clients on major projects.
  • Lead project kick-offs internally.
  • Develop and oversee project delivery team training programs for digital/BIM applications and processes.
  • Provide regular updates on team and project performance to practice leads.
  • Serve as Lead Verifier on projects, confirming technical approach satisfies client scope and expectations.
  • Serve as Account Admin for the C&I business line Common Data Environment (CDE).

Requirements

  • Degree in relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Civil, Structural, or related BSc).
  • BIM accreditation/certification required.
  • Understanding of ISO 19650 and BS/ PAS 1192 standards.
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience (with at least 7+ years in a BIM coordination role).
  • 5 years of supervisory experience.
