Consultant - Urban Advisory

Responsibilities

• Implement strategies and adopt policies, standards, and methodologies to meet customer and business needs.
• Independently conduct research, extract relevant information, and communicate it graphically, concisely, and clearly.
• Guide and support Graduate Consultants in delivering tasks.
• Develop design content by applying design and technical knowledge to ensure high-quality outputs within timelines.
• Efficiently produce reports and presentation decks based on team storyboards.
• Create additional content as required.
• Participate in interdisciplinary reviews of project deliverables and execute assignments involving calculations, sketching, diagrams, dataset development, drawings, and reports.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of urban principles, typologies, built environment, and planning practices.
• Exhibit excellent technical and descriptive writing skills for various project documentation.
• Participate in workshops/meetings, capturing outcomes concisely.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, CAD, SketchUp, Rhino, ArcGIS/QGIS, Power BI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
• Experience in Urban Planning field

• Master's degree in a relevant field
