Associate - Landscape

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee landscape design concepts for projects such as urban parks, residential communities, and commercial developments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate landscape elements with architectural and engineering designs
• Conduct site analyses and prepare detailed site plans, planting plans, and construction documents
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for successful landscape project delivery
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and solutions
• Incorporate sustainable design practices into landscape projects
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to department growth
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and design standards
• Utilize advanced design software for landscape plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture (accredited institution)
• Minimum 12 years experience in landscape architecture
• Professional certification (ASLA or equivalent international)
• Strong portfolio of successful landscape design projects
• Proficiency: AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modeling software
• Working knowledge: ArcGIS, Revit, or relevant tools
• Excellent sustainable design practices (arid climate)
• Familiarity with UAE flora, environment, and design regulations
• Project management skills (budget and timeline control)
• Collaborative in fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Analytical, problem-solving, detail-oriented
• BIM experience is a plus
