Associate - Digital, Urban Advisory

Responsibilities

• Support the global and regional digital strategy to improve operational processes through digital solutions, enhancing delivery and client satisfaction.
• Work with large and complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and relationships using mathematics, statistics, and computer science expertise.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, and techniques for data analysis.
• Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate models, demonstrating proof points and case studies.
• Define strategies for data science and analytics, focusing on data and model accuracy, privacy, and security.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Design, build, verify, and deploy business intelligence solutions (e.g., reporting tools), including visualizations and reports.
• Take ownership and meet deadlines while delivering high-quality outputs.
• Design and deliver user interfaces based on strong UX understanding; champion UI/UX principles.
• Provide hands-on technical support, knowledge transfer to organization stakeholders, and point of contact for Power BI questions.
• Deliver IT and business strategic goals by translating strategy into comprehensive, flexible data architecture and BI solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Advanced working knowledge of SQL
• Experience with relational databases and query authoring (SQL)
• Familiarity with a variety of databases
• Experience in Urban Design, Master planning, or Landscape industries

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Certification: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Microsoft Azure Data Engineer Associate, Microsoft Azure Data Scientist Associate, Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate
