Architect

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction sites to ensure architectural design is correctly implemented according to plans.
• Monitor materials and workmanship for compliance with design specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to resolve design or construction issues.
• Ensure all construction follows local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Address and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts, adjusting plans as needed.
• Prepare and present progress reports, highlighting deviations from plans and proposing solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of site activities, including logs, inspection reports, and change orders.
• Liaise with clients to understand needs and ensure satisfaction throughout the project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Minimum 5-8 years experience in architecture and construction management
• Proven onsite and construction supervision experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Architecture
• Experience with large-scale horizontal building projects
