Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for mid-to-senior hires across diverse functions.
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to design and deliver effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Build strong talent pipelines for tech, operations, and commercial roles.
- Drive sourcing efforts using LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, job boards, and niche channels.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Drive employer branding campaigns to position the company as a regional talent magnet.
- Manage and optimize ATS processes, recruitment metrics, and reporting.
- Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Stay updated on market trends in talent acquisition across Asia-Pacific and the Far East.
Requirements
- Currently based in Dubai, with eligibility to work.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition; ideally in e-commerce, sales, or fast-growing companies.
- Experience recruiting across APAC (Far East) markets.
- Proven track record in startups and/or multinational environments.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Independent, agile, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
- Fluent in English.
