Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for mid-to-senior hires across diverse functions.
• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to design and deliver effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Build strong talent pipelines for tech, operations, and commercial roles.
• Drive sourcing efforts using LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, job boards, and niche channels.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Drive employer branding campaigns to position the company as a regional talent magnet.
• Manage and optimize ATS processes, recruitment metrics, and reporting.
• Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
• Stay updated on market trends in talent acquisition across Asia-Pacific and the Far East.

Requirements

• Currently based in Dubai, with eligibility to work.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition; ideally in e-commerce, sales, or fast-growing companies.
• Experience recruiting across APAC (Far East) markets.
• Proven track record in startups and/or multinational environments.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Independent, agile, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
• Fluent in English.
