(Senior) Institutional BD Manager

Responsibilities

• Co-develop growth strategies with the European BD Team Leader and propose strategies for the regional teams.
• Identify and drive institutional sales opportunities; build a strong pipeline by sourcing and converting prospective opportunities with institutional clients in the European region.
• Identify competency gaps in the regional teams and propose strategies to bridge them.
• Collaborate with the PM team to customize and resolve complex challenges for self and team.
• Guide team members on strategizing and prioritizing sales opportunities.
• Develop client profiling to identify previous successes and replicate efforts for future growth.
• Communicate client feedback and gaps in service/product offerings to senior management and product teams.

Requirements

• Experienced sales professional with proven track record of building pipelines and closing deals in the European region
• Experience in both tradefi and crypto
• Understanding of regional territory and high-value sales pipeline development
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Extensive knowledge of products offered to clients
• Demonstrated tenacity, grit, determination, and proactiveness
