Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Source and pursue new client leads across relevant industries in the UAE.
  • Present Division50’s creative and technological services to key decision-makers.
  • Customize pitches and proposals to match client needs and budgets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from outreach to contract signing.
  • Coordinate internally with production and strategy teams to ensure deal alignment.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong network in the UAE market, especially in marketing, tech, or media sectors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Results-oriented, motivated by closing deals and growing revenue
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus
  • Based in the UAE and available for in-person client meetings as needed
