Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the regional sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
  • Execute the regional sales strategy in alignment with global and regional objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities across the MENA region.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation and qualification to closing.
  • Deliver customised product demonstrations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, legal, customer success) to support pre- and post-sales efforts.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and forecasts using CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, D365).
  • Attend regional industry events and represent Shufti professionally in external engagements.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of successful B2B sales experience, including 1–2 years in a sales leadership or team lead role.
  • Experience in SaaS, RegTech, Identity Verification, or KYC/AML solutions is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex sales environments.
  • Strong understanding of the MENA region’s business and regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or D365.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
