Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow senior accounts based in Abu Dhabi, including government and special accounts (Military, Police, MOI).
  • Develop relationships with key contacts and decision makers across assigned accounts.
  • Drive sales of telephony, networking and security solutions; achieve revenue targets and manage sales pipeline.
  • Provide technical solution design support and collaborate with pre-sales, project implementation and support teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate with vendors (Cisco, Avaya, HP, Juniper) and use vendor tools (Avaya configurator) for pricing and solution configuration.
  • Lead project handover, manage implementation risks, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Communication Engineering or related field.
  • Proven track record of sales achievements and account growth.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with call centre, IVR, AURA, MPLS, routing and switching technologies.
  • Familiarity with multivendor product integrations and UCS.
  • Preferable age above 40 years (as per original role profile).
