Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation: research and identify SME prospects involved in international trade who can benefit from Verto’s FX and payment solutions
  • Outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn and other channels to introduce Verto's services and qualify interest
  • Pipeline support: book qualified meetings and coordinate smooth handoffs to Account Executives
  • CRM management: maintain accurate prospect records and lead statuses
  • Market insight: monitor industry trends, customer pain points and competitor activity to refine outreach
  • Team collaboration: share learnings with marketing and sales to improve messaging and campaigns

Requirements

  • 1–2 years experience in B2B sales or lead generation
  • Proven outbound outreach and cold-calling experience
  • CRM proficiency and accurate data entry
  • Strong verbal and written English communication
  • Professional resilience and a proactive, coachable attitude
  • Familiarity or interest in UAE business culture

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or SaaS
  • Arabic language skills (advantageous)
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or related field
  • Internship experience in sales or business development considered
