Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Manage and interpret customer requirements to align with company solutions
  • Obtain supplier quotes, verify stock availability, and create/supply detailed customer proposals
  • Gather feedback, negotiate terms, and close deals
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • Collaborate with product line managers, team members, and technical experts
  • Represent IRE at trade shows, conferences, and marketing events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Sales, Marketing, or Engineering preferred)
  • 2–3 years of sales experience with proven strong performance (entry-level with drive considered)
  • Technical background in oil & gas or energy industry preferred
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Highly organized with analytical decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • 2–3 years of experience working with CRMs and ERPs
