Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for real estate roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and industry platforms.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and culture fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and department heads.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Prepare and present job offers aligned with company policies and market benchmarks.
• Collaborate with sales managers and team leaders to understand hiring requirements.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking in the ATS.
• Attend career fairs, industry events, and networking functions to promote employer branding.
• Stay informed about real estate market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years recruitment experience, at least 1–2 years in real estate
• Strong knowledge of real estate job roles, licensing, and industry terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting real estate brokers, sales agents, or property consultants
• Familiarity with UAE labour law and visa processing
• Multilingual (English, Arabic, or others)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
