Partner Engineer – Health Tech AI (UAE)

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for MENA-based health system partners, leading implementations and providing ongoing technical support.
• Integrate Sage Care's AI platform with partner systems (EHRs/EMRs, call-center infrastructure), ensuring secure, reliable deployments.
• Design and customize AI solutions, build integration processes, workflows, and data mappings aligned to partner SOPs.
• Create decision trees and annotation workflows using internal tools and run prototypes and simulations to validate solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, collect technical feedback, monitor system performance, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay partner needs and influence product roadmap.
• Engage directly with clients to understand clinical and operational requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
