Partner Engineer – Health Tech AI (UAE)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for MENA (Abu Dhabi) health system partners, leading integrations and technical onboarding.
• Integrate Sage Care’s AI-powered care navigation platform with partner systems (EHRs/EMRs, call-center infrastructure, APIs), ensuring secure and reliable deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and production support to ensure partner success.
• Design customized solutions: data mappings, workflows, decision trees, and annotation processes aligned to partner SOPs.
• Lead client-facing technical discussions, gather requirements, and translate clinical and operational needs into engineering solutions.
• Build prototypes and run simulations to demonstrate platform capabilities and accelerate partner adoption.
• Collect partner feedback, monitor system performance, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with healthcare clinical workflows and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA or regional equivalents).
• Experience with call-center platforms and logistics (Twilio, RingCentral, Cisco, Microsoft Teams integrations).
• Background in solutions engineering, integration engineering, or technical consulting within healthcare or related industries.
• Experience building prototypes or running simulations to validate technical approaches.
