Manager- Client Services

Responsibilities

• Assist Elite Banking business segment with daily operational matters and provide high-level customer service.
• Act as point of contact for clients in absence of Relationship Manager (RM).
• Support RMs in account openings/closings, compliance, KYC, and ensuring error-free submissions.
• Track and process client transactions (Transfers, Remittances, FD, FX deals) per agreed SLAs, generate monthly MIS reports for management.
• Coordinate end-to-end investment trades, escalate process delays to management.
• Perform signature verification and call-backs (when permitted).
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and international branches as needed.
• Provide updated bank and portfolio statements to clients, ensure audit and process compliance.
• Manage delivery/registration of security items (cards, cheque books, etc.), update relevant registers.
• Record and follow up on customer complaints, escalate trends to management for corrective action.
• Monitor, update, and maintain all trackers, document flows, and audit processes.
• Mentor/train other staff, provide leave coverage for colleagues.
• Adhere strictly to bank policies, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Any other additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Good understanding of banking products and services
• University degree in business, economics, or marketing, or min. 3 years relevant experience
• Teamwork and professional relationship skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Written and spoken English (Arabic an advantage)
• Strong technology skills

• Multi-lingual
• Experience in Elite Banking segment
• Knowledge of financial products and operational processes
• Creative, self-starter
• Willingness for ongoing personal/professional development
